TAV Founding Fathers Membership (FFM) Grant Application

Note: This grant is for Active Duty, Veterans, and Retirees that are active in the club or new members.
Thank you for your participation in our TAV program. This form is an application for the FFM grant to the San Diego Wood Turner club. If awarded the grant, you will have full benefits of club (see benefits below) for the calendar year. Applications for this grant begin November of each year, membership starts January of each year for one year. Recipients are eligible to re-apply each year for consideration.
