Note: This grant is for Active Duty, Veterans, and Retirees that are active in the club or new members.

Thank you for your participation in our TAV program. This form is an application for the Chairman grant to the San Diego Wood Turner club. If awarded, you will be the recipient of a spot in one of our upcoming classes by our demonstrators. Recipients are eligible to apply for any upcoming class for the calendar year. New application is required for each calendar year.
