TAV Chairman Grant Application

Note: This grant is for Active Duty, Veterans, and Retirees that are active in the San Diego Wood Turner's (SDWT) TAV program.

Thank you for your participation in our TAV program. This form is an application for a Chairman grant. If awarded, you will be the recipient of a spot in one of our upcoming classes by our demonstrators. Recipients are eligible for any upcoming class for the calendar year. New application is required for each calendar year.

Classes can range from $100 to $300 and can be from 1 to 2 days (full days), 100% commitment to the days of the classes is mandatory.

You are applying for a 50% grant and required to pay the remaining amount before the beginning of class. If you cannot commit to the full days of the class, please let the TAV Chairman know at least 3 days before the start of the class in order to receive a full refund.
